Job Responsibities/Role :

  • You will be responsible for development of web based applications.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
  • You will be involved in all the stages of architecture to development of our web based web  applications product.

Job Responsibities/Role :

Job Responsibilites – 

  • Pre-sales scoping, documenting business requirements, functional requirements & technical requirements in a pre-sales environment to generate a solution and Scope of Work.
  • Lead delivery teams to execute all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system, and user testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Minimum 1 years experience with Lightning is a must.
  • Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement.
  • Manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions & escalations.
  • Oversee process-driven customer conversations and workshops related to sales processes, customer service, marketing automation, and operational processes

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical and value based knowledge to qualify and generate new leads out of cold and warm outbound prospecting (primarily via phone outreach).

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Quality Assurance process, procedures and strategies.
  • Maintain industry standard metrics as well as specific account-related metrics for adjusting internal QA standards.
  • Review technical documents (functional specifications, copy decks, design comps) in order to develop appropriate test plans.
  • Deliver high-quality, low-to-zero defect releases.
  • Work with Technical lead and other developers to define test criteria.
  • Manage project workload and assess resources needed for completion.
  • Maintain Jira (or other defect tracking tool) and report defects to team members in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for prioritizing defects, coordinating and tracking their resolution.
  • Identify potential build and timing problems as early as possible, flagging to Technical Lead as appropriate.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of unit testing, regression testing, integration testing, and compatibility testing.
  • Experience testing Rich media applications, including iOS and Android apps, responsive web sites and mobile sites.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience using a defect-tracking tool like Jira.
  • Familiarity with Test Management Tool like Zephyr
  • Must be able to write Test Plan and Test Cases.
  • Excellent knowledge of Selenium for Automation (Gauge Framework).
  • Experience using Appium for Mobile Automation is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL and Mongochef.
  • Experience with Web-based Testing.
  • Experienced with debugging tool such as Charles/ Firebug/ Inspect.
  • Experience with testing and analyzing JSON and REST (Tool such as Advance Rest Client or Postman).

  • Demonstrated project management skills with teams of varying sizes.
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates.
  • Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Hands-on ability in the configuration.
  • Manage and communicate with developers during non-traditional business hours.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • PMP Certification highly preferred.
  • Experience in preparing UML Diagrams, map business process, etc. (Highly preferred)
  • Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project.
  • Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills.
